  Long standing reputation for being a friendly food and drink venue without Pokies or TAB. Food choice is extensive and of high standard, and weeknight specials are excellent value. Staff are exceptional - friendly and efficient. Hard to understand why the big screen is showing horse racing in Hong Kong at 7 in the evening in a non-gaming type of venue.

  Tables were dirty, they were not wiped down as they had coffee stains or some sort of chocolate milk. The vegetable soup had hardly any vegetables - only capsicum, mushroom and celery (Two of which had no place being in a 'Mixed Vegetable Soup'). Really wanted something nice to eat, not whatever was leftover from other dishes and haphazardly thrown into a soup, thanks. Bread was burnt one side and fresh on the other - that's when you toast some new bread for your customers. I only like charcoal in my art, not so much my food.
  
  Staff were very vacant as well, even when coming in felt fairly unwelcomed. Usually leave a good tip in pubs, but tonight was disappointing all round.
  Except the burger, props to making a good burger.
  Please make burger soup in this case.

  Just happened to stumble into this one when in the area. Cute pub with a great menu & fab weeknightly specials. Being Wednesday, we had free dessert with our main meal. Both were delicious!
