They charged me $12.95 for picking up items that I bought standing outside their store. Yes, it says "Warehouse Address" on their website, but does not state "no counter sales" anywhere obvious on their website. I guess stores like Bunnings "Warehouse" also don't let anyone buy in store
In response to the owner's response.
1) I never made any phone call regarding the order before arriving. I called only once I arrived outside your warehouse, when I noticed there and then that there was no shop front. I was in the area, and so I decided to visit and pick up the parts I required to use that day. Nowhere on your website does it state that there are "no counter sales". I even double checked today.
2) I am not sure why you would say that I was "abusive", when I was not. Nor do I think I was intimidating any of your staff members.
3) I was however upset and shocked that you charge me for postage when it processed, paid for and pickup directly from your warehouse. Nothing was ever posted, and yet your were happy to change for postage. There NEVER was any delivery for the items.
4) And so, YES, I requested to be re-funded for ONLY the postage, which was a service that was NEVER provided. The rest of the products remain paid for. So please do not make it out to seem that I requested all of the order to refunded. You and I both know that it is not true.
5) Yes, I am ungrateful. No one has the right to charge for services that are not provided. It is illegal and immoral.response / report this review -

During the pandemic North East has been a fantastic steady supplier of hand sanitizer, cleaning products. Also, they've been one of the few tooling, cutting, consumable suppliers with local stock, online ordering and contactless delivery. They've kept our machine and fab shop running. Without the local supply we would have had to shut down losing the big contracts we have earned due to being able to still run.
