Terrible food, filled the container with 3/4 rice and included next to no chicken or vegetables. Not recommended.

I have ordered from here twice now.
Do not eat here. I will not be eating here again. The food is so uninspiring and flavourless. The meals consist of mostly filler (rice/noodles) and contain very little meat, or vegetables. It's very disappointing and a waste of your money. I could not recommend this place to anyone.
The first time was using Menulog, and when I got home I noticed that the meal for my son, was something other than what I had ordered. I called to see what they could do about it, after it ringing out 3 or 4 times, I was finally able to speak to someone. It took 5 or so minutes for him to understand that the meal I had ordered was not what I received.
When I went to pick up the replacement meal, they offered a free bag of prawn chips. And then mentioned that the kids meal came with a drink that they failed to mention when I first was in there. The prawn chips really did not make up for breaking up the family dinner.response / report this review -

Got email stating it had gone from noodle box to work in a box. Email stated go in change loyalty card keep all points. Been in twice and been told system is down can't change over. Went in third time and was told now lost all points as time to change over had expired. Well there time has expired as since they have changed to work in a box quality of food has gone downhill. Used to get fresh meat and vegetables in a good quantity amongst the noodles now 80% noodles. Will never go back

Yesterday I visited your store for the first time. I was greeted with a smile and didn't feel rushed as I had a few questions about the menu, which were answered happily with ease. My order was made reasonably quickly and tasted really nice. Looking forward to returning and trying something else off the menu.

Was waiting for five mins and greeted by the franchise partner Helen addressing her staff so disrespectfully! She swore the F bomb at one of the young girls for simple human error and proceeded to repeatedly berate and belittle the younger workers. When I got to the counter, I brought the lady to task and told her it WAS NOT OKAY, I was ashamed of her and had considered rethinking my business there.
I think the lovely young ladies were appreciative and maybe the Helen should become a 'silent partner' for Wok in a box'.response / report this review -

We had fallen out of love with Noodlebox Warnbro but since the change of owners about a year ago, the quality is right back up at the top! Our favourite take away once again ☺

I'm a regular at noodle box warnbro, the food is delicious and great value for money! I usually have a custom vegetarian box which costs me 8-9$ and it is packed full and more than I can eat! The service is great, people are very delightful and always happy to take my coupons. They have only ever muddled my order once but prioritised fixing it and offered extra complimentary food. Highly recommend :)

We live just up the road and have had this before.There were black flecks in the rice and it was very dry. After i had my meal i felt sick i thaught it may just be me but when i woke the next day my stomach felt toxic and i knew it was the food.I cant say about the service because my partner picked it up. So please order at own risk.
