  Alastair's help in resolving my speed issue has been exceptional. Not only did he give me valuable modem advice, he then patiently talked me through the procedure of setting up the modem, once purchased. His constant contact with me throughout the whole process has been remarkable. Proof that good old fashioned customer service does still exist. Thanks again Alastair.

  I've been with Node1 for over a year now with the Fixed Wireless service I decided to write this review after recently experiencing some connection issues (which turned out to be an issue at one of their towers that was promptly resolved) the local support team members I dealt with were very diligent, professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of any updates and ensured that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. I've been very happy with Node1 since I moved across and would recommend their services to anyone.

  Nothing short of a 5 star experience when I moved over to Node 1. I have been with them in the past, but got lured away with promise of bundled cheaper prices. Since the bundling was no longer on offer, I finally made the switch but not without some problems in the transition. The customer service was impressive - where my previous provider was a hands off "I don't know what's happening just try again in a couple of hours", Harley went the extra mile, and liaising with David and other team members, eventually nailed the issue, leaving me one very happy customer. Big props to Harley and David - it's so great to see, and experience, true customer service from a provider.

  Alistair fixed my problem smoothly, professionally, and with a smile on their face. They were polite, helpful, deeply knowledgeable, and within a few minutes and some expert questions had narrowed my issue down and corrected it. I was expecting it to take much longer to fix, and I was genuinely pleasantly surprised at the speed and professionalism of the service. I strongly recommend this Internet service provider, I have switched my family and my friends to these guys and I have never had any complaints. The service is incredible, the performance is incredible, they really are a massive success story and I’m proud to support their company.

  I have Node1 at home and decided to install it in our new work office, I cannot express exactly how easy this process was Darren and Ashton were both extremely helpful and patient and were able to have me connected in less than 10 minutes.
  Will never go back to any of those Big boys who don't care.
  If your in Perth I would highly recommend Node 1 for your internet service.
