  We wanted hamburger. Saw on their menu "burger" options were chicken or beef. We asked for "hamburger" What did we get? A toasted burger buns with ham and salad! Perhaps a language difference??? But we wanted a HAMBURGER! Very disappointed.

  Never crowded ✔️
  Free water ✔️
  Dog friendly ✔️
  Best when traffic quiet, or grab lunch and head across the road to the large park, and rose garden, with beautiful tall trees and seating areas ✔️

  Seems always busy so we stopped by for a quick coffee and work chat.
  Staff very very attentive and friendly, however, it is a really noisy and loud corner location unless you're getting coffee to go.
  The seats were also looking into some messy office space with no blinds or anything which wasn't great.
  My apologies for being super critical. I'll visit again and would definitely change my review if anything has changed.
