  Rude. Unprofessional. Unenthusiastic.
  Not the qualities I was expecting from a company of this nature. Unpleasantly surprised.

  Your comment sums up your lack of company qualities beautifully. I recommend instead of embellishing the truth, you focus on actual service, customer rapport and competitive pricing.

  Rude and unhelpful, blamed me for them not producing the best deal, claimed that I was a time waster because I wouldn't commit to purchasing when they couldn't even provide a price. Ridiculous

  I don't have a friend at a car dealership, dealers have simply provided a better deal in the past. The response below confirms that NCB can't provide the best deal or service and won't try unless you make it easy for them. They don't even want to try to get you the best deal, this is your job Craig, you can't win everytime.

  The best and only way to purchase cars! I had the joy of liaising with Chris who was extremely professional and very diligent. I had done a lot of research so was able to give him specific details for the new car. I also had a car to trade in. Chris was able to get me the best price for both the new car and trade in. This was processed all within 24 hours. As this took place in November 20 Chris was able to locate the MY21 model ready for delivery to my home by mid December. One very happy customer. Excellent experience. No stress at all. Highly recommend it and will be doing it again shortly for our other car. Thank you!

  Chris at the team have been fantastic through the whole process. I can't say the same about the dealer where the car was coming from (but that's a completely different story. Chris was upfront and honest about the process from the beginning. Unfortunately due to COVID I had to cancel my purchase and request a refund. Although the process had been drawn out due to COVID I'd like to thank the team for their work. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for hassle and haggle free purchasing

  The service I received from National Car Brokers was excellent.
  I was fortunate enough to deal with Chris David who was able to get me a very good deal.
  Chris was outstanding from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
  I would not consider dealing with anyone else if there's a next time.

  Although I did not end up going ahead with a purchase through National Car Brokers, my experience with Chris David has led me to give this company a 5 star review. Here's why: Chris David was honest and up front from the beginning, stating to me that he could not beat the best quote I had received for the make and model of car I was after. He straight up told me I could buy with confidence from this particular dealer, and then explained the reasons why in great detail. Chris clearly has an exceptional level of knowledge, knows exactly how the dealer pricing structure works, and acts with integrity. I would not hesitate to use National Car Brokers in the future. I will now be telling my friends and colleagues to contact Chris at National Car Brokers before any new car purchase - as I'm sure they'll be able to beat the vast majority of dealer's "best prices".
