The staff was friendly and order was fast but the floor looks so dirty- messy and sticky. The restaurant cleanliness could be improved further. This includes tables as well

The food is amazing. The staffs are friendly. This place could be much better only if the table is abit cleaner so as the plates and the forks.

Tables never cleaned, we had to clean a table to get one and there were like 5, used hallway to toilet for food storage almost triped on box, took 45-50 minutes for me and 2 people too be served, food was ok but severly regret coming here.

i ordered a takeaway, they asked for my name. & i waited until they called my name..ended up sitting there for an hour..my order was ready but no one called my namei finally retrieve my cold chickenwhy ask for my name-if you not going to call it out???

First time had veg burger which was worst ever burger i ever had. Bread was used in place of burger bun was so bad as if it was made from some left over. Did not bother to complain as last time when ibtried asking for perperi chips in golden brown we got totally burnt n oil dipped fries..may be they used same fries to make it deep fried ones

The served 1/4 chicken was dry and half burned. The supreme wrap wasn't tasty at all. Not recommended.

Stupid Nandos Parkmore wasted my 30mins and then asked me to wait another 20mins for my order or refund !! Seriously???
On similar situation at USA shop manager (inside airport) refunded my money without asking me and gave me food Free as compliments and said sorry minimum 3times!!
Bcz they were late by 15-20mins..
That's the difference 😡😡😡

I don't get nando's often but when I do, everytime I order the chips I get plain chips (VERY BLAND). I know I should read the menu very very carefully, but i go to nando's because i love its Portuguese Peri Peri flavour when i order chips i just expect them to have the Peri Peri flavour
I wish the staff can ask you when you order chips, do you want PERI PERI or PLAIN?
My friends have told me other Nando franchises do ask you this. but Keysborough never does.
