Noticed cold chips consistently at Morley Nandos.
Also disappointing that wheelchair access is blocked by outdoor seating.

Chicken has no flavour. Got a 1/4 chicken and chips but instead of a 1/4 chicken got a tiny little chicken wing. Never again over priced also

Terrible serviceyou'd expect nandos to give you good service and consistency. Worst nandos ive been to..the staff dont care.

Table regularly not cleaned, chicken is 9 out of 10 times over cooked and dry 😣 bought a large meal and it came with a regular serve of chips 😑 wrap lettuce is full of stems and occasionally a taste of sand i dont bother complaining because the food takes ages as they are understaffed.

Its gone down hill since new management took ownership.

Returned a month later as its my local expecting a change..

Ordered a large supreme wrap meal requested extra bbq sauce chicken still arrived dry lettuce still all stems and tomatoes are off cuts.. seriously franchise store seem stingy. To top it off got given a 390ml drink when i paid for a 600ml.

My mates chicken arrived cold and dry

used to be great now it's not as good as it used to be with the new menu. I'm a firm believer if it's not broken you don't need to fix it.

Chicken is always well cooked. Place is clean and service is friendly. Plenty of parking always. All in all a great place to feast.

Best Nandos in WA so far . Friendly staffs, great service, quick food. Lots of parking available. Will go again .

First time I went there, loyalty cards scanner was out of service. Food was nice.
Second time, food was disgusting. The chicken was not properly grilled, still raw inside.

Crappy customer service always giving attitude towards everyone while ordering, and ALWAYS! Closing two hours before actual closing times. Was told to leave by the staff when we tried to go in and dine at 6.30 on a Monday as they said they were closed and laughed at us to mock us. Many times food was late when we dined even when ordering just chips. Staff need to be retrained as they don't show much common sense while working nor are they competent in fulfilling normal working tasks.
