Absolutely fantastic service and quality. I ordered a sink for $125 that was similar to one quoted by Harvey Norman at $500.00. I was nervous that the quality would be lacking but the sink is perfect, well manufactured, very well packed and arrived 3 working days after the order was placed.

I purchased a 2x LED mirror from My Homeware Factory Outlet last week. It's very reasonable price and very good quality. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it if you are doing renovation or new build. This is the best place to buy.

I have recently ordered couple of vanities, mixer taps and some smart home products from them. First of all I am delighted with the quality of the products that is offered in a very competitive pricing along with free delivery. They also follow up with the order to make sure its processed on time. I also regularly buy their stuffs from ebay store where they offer promotions. Overall, I always had a positive experience with these guys.

Early last year I bought a whole lot of items for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. The staff at the showroom were pleasant to deal with and helpful. The reason why I am giving a review though is for their after sales service. I had to make a warranty claim for a toilet seat issue and it was resolved promptly and without any dramas, the replacement was sent and received within a few days! I was blown away. I recently encoountered a different issue with the replacement toilet seat, and although it is out of the warranty period, again it was not an issue. I've literally just finished dealing with Sean (one of their managers) who came on site personally, at the cost of his own time, to inspect the issue personally and resolved it on the spot! TL:DR - Good trustworthy company, good products, 5 star after sales service!
