Established in 1998 and based in Cardiff, NSW, Mullen Automotive Engineering is an engineering consultancy run by Chartered Professional Engineer and trade qualified motor mechanic, Athol Mullen, providing certification of modified vehicles under the NSW VSCCS scheme.
Mullen Automotive Engineering provides guidance in planning and constructing vehicles, and certification of completed vehicles but does not carry out any modification work or provide AIS pink slips or AUVIS blue slips.
