Great coffee and fresh sausage rolls - a winner if you just feel peckish. Friendly service- a remarkably friendly person at the counter.

Really had a great experience with Preeti and rest of the staff .. I conducted my event at their premises and they were super helpful and everyone loved the Coffee and handmade Muffins. Thanks Muffin Break Sanctuary Lakes for supporting the social cause 🥰

I have no idea why I keep coming back here but seriously reconsidering my future choices. They always try upsell or add on and today, they had a sign up with a special advertising a coffee and toastie for $8.50. The lady rang up and told me $10.20. When I pointed out the advert she changed the price. Not to mention the so called "rewards" where I know I have a "free" coffee but they don't mention it. Only giving two stars because not every experience is unpleasant but more often than not, it has been.

Asked polity for a milk shake with chocolate and strawberry mixed together as i love the flavour, girl behind the counter almost threw my change at me after snorting at my order. Was made with only the tiniest amount of strawberry flavour and the milk was warm and watery like she used skinny.
They were not busy, my order wasn not hard and i was not asking more for my monies worth.
Last time i ordered here the lady was lovely qnd made an amazing shake the young chick who served me needs to observe customer service ir move onreport this review
