  What an amazing experience I just had at Muffin Break at the airport - the staff were so welcoming at 6.30 in the morning. So happy I chose to go to them. What a wonderful experience

  Very very bad service. 1 guy at the counter, another guy was in and out from the kitchen. No eye contact, no smiles, no greetings. Just frowning faces. Their service is as bad as their coffee!

  middle age female barista was very rude and pissed me off. she didn't thank me. cappuccino ($4.20) was very bitter. bloody expensive coffee what i paid for!!:/

  This is for the worst frappes ever and they were out of whipped cream which they didn't tell me at the beginning and I could have gone elsewhere as it was a hot day and I needed a cool drink. Anyway me and my brother ended up chucking those in the bin after couple sips.

  Everytime I have been here the girls at the counter are extremely rude and have no customer service skills. They also have no coffee making skills as the cappuccino I bought 3/4 froth. Lesson learnt will not be going there again
