Ordered a Bottle of wine at the counter and was charged $17. Then when I asked for some glasses was told there was a price difference if I drink it there. Thinking it would be a few dollars extra was told it was and extra $21. So it went from $17 to $38 to drink it there. A complete rip off.

Food was only average. Service left a lot to be desired. Drink orders were slow and often wrong

Pretty rubbish food. Coffee was ok but served donuts that were rock hard and stale. And told that they were fresh from that morning. Staff think we're idiots. Avoid.

It was quite a nice area, it was my first time out & we had a family lunch in the beer hall. A few good options on the menu, as well as a couple of kids meals, and plenty of different drinks.

A little chilly inside, missed a meal coming out, got a little noisy at times, however, overall quite nice.

Not a lot on the menu for vegetarians unfortunately, had the arrancini balls which were nice and had a lovely mascato. The heaters were unfortunately on full boar above our heads so we were all roasting and sweating as we ate but I think these were eventually turned off, thank god. The girl who took our order at the bar/ordering area barely managed a facial expression let alone a smile or friendly conversation throughout our entire transaction. Other staff members we encountered were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Food was average, could make better at home. Very poor customer service and processes in organizing and getting out orders. Service left us all feeling anxious while we were hungry waiting too long for our food, seeing other people that just arrived getting their food before us..

No apologies for late food, waiters have no personal touch and no idea who the meal is for even when we give a table number and a name.

Nice fit out but tables and chairs are too cold and agricultural for me but not a deal breaker, part of the experience I suppose.

I have eaten at Mt Duneed Estate on several occasions and love the relaxed atmosphere and delicious, reasonable priced food. In addition, the kids are entertained in the fun play area. I recently attended a Day on the Green show and was again impressed by the professional organisation of the event, lovely surroundings and fabulous estate wine and Beer range. Cant wait to try the new Garden Bar area.
    A must visit!!
