  Michael, Sophy and Mushtaq were a pleasure to work with! We absolutely love our new floors!! Very professional service to work with, they went above and beyond to level and install our floors - I could not be happier with the end result. They are a very knowledgeable, hard working team and great great great value for money :)

  Michael did a great job from explaining what would be required and communicated very well potential issues (and solutions) that my home required. Michael's team delivered an exceptional and flawless levelling and engineered timber installation and the final result looks stunning. Without a doubt this has added a huge amount of value to our home but we plan on enjoying the new look for years to come.

  We wanted to change all the carpet in our place, including in a 53-step staircase, to spotted gum timber floor. Unfortunately, some suppliers/installers who had been to our place for measurements were not even able to provide us with a quote until we found Mr Timber Floors.
  
  When we first visited their showroom, we’re impressed with Michael’s knowledge of the products and his friendliness. From there through to the end of the installation, we’re very happy with their service. They are very punctual, efficient and professional. Misshe did an exceptional job preparing the place for the installation. Francesco G and Francesco V, who did the installation, had worked to the highest standards. Their experience and attention to detail is flawless.
  
  Thank you Michael and his team for giving our place an amazing transformation. We’re so thrilled with results and will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone at all.

  First class communication. very friendly and smooth. Punctual and professional work on preparing the floor and installing the engineered floors. They are very reliable and responsible people. Can't be more happy with them and their work.
