The customer service is second to none. Adam personally responds within hours of the order, usually delivers next day, updates you the entire time, delivers within minutes of the estimated time. It’s a great experience, so good I went back for seconds.

These boxes are great quality! The ordering process is very simple and Adam is super helpful! He even threw in extra paper because of the number of boxes I'd ordered. I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Adam provided really helpful advice on shipping a large vinyl record collection, including recommendations for boxes and extra items, how to pack them, etc. Had everything sorted and delivered in 1 day.

Adam provided a flawless service in getting a tv box and a few other items to us to help with a stressful move interstate! Reasonable price, well stocked and flexible delivery (going above and beyond delivering to our home for us). Would highly recommend Adam and his team for anyone requiring moving items. What a great local business to support! Thanks again Adam.

I phoned Adam at Move-in Boxes and he was a great help. I told him what items I had and between us we both figured out how many boxes I would need and also what size. This was a great help to me and Adam was very accommodating. We arranged for the boxes to be dropped off the next morning but last minute I phoned to see could I get them that afternoon and a few hours later Adam dropped them off! Great service, I would highly recommend!
