  I generally had good experience at mountain design but not today. The staff did not listen to what i said and it is very disappointing.
  
  I came to exchange a new pair of Solomon cos it was EU 0.3 size too big (i bought it cos it was my correct US size and felt good at the shop). a guy (probably was the manager) told me that the shoes looked used (cos i wore it one day) and refused the exchange. Yes i could live with that. But subsequently when i sincerely asked what does he think i can do so i can wear it. He repeatedly told me they cant take the shoes back. And worst of all, I brought them a shoes-horn because their staff was nice - and he asked me if i wanted to take it back after he refused the exchange.
  
  Everyone in this country deserves respect and I dont see it is the case here.

  I went in to purchase some trail running shoes today. Didn't get acknowledged by any of the staff members as I selected my shoes. Then tried them on for size. Still no one asked if I needed assistance.
  Went to the front counter to purchase as I really need the shoes for a race in a few days time, waited at least 3 minutes without anyone coming over or acknowledging I was waiting.
  Terrible experience, didn't buy the shoes and will never go back there.
