Go on a hot blue sky day. Amazing surroundings and history. Make a day of it and restaurant is great too. Really enjoyed it. It's a adult orientated location for walking and taking in the sights and history.

Interesting place with local artists showing their work! Good spot to stroll through on a nice day. Be wary that some parts may be closed for weddings and the entrance fee is a little high.

Really cool place with old castles and churches. Awesome for photographers. I have been here numerous times when in high school and in my adult life. Hasn't changed in years. Truly lovely.

Nice place with a small but quaint Cafe. Has a small gallery which is free to walk through but if you want to explore the grounds of it is $14. Overall a nice experience great if you have small kids.

If you are looking for something that looks truly medieval but isn't, visit Montsalvat. Well worth it! But there is more. All the Artworks and so on amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous place. We went here to have a look for our wedding and just loved it. Unfortunately it wasn't right for us because the dinner room is too skinny for the type of dancing Macedonians do. The terrain is tricky as well. Especially if you're wearing heels. None of the floors were flat or even and between the buildings were steep rocky tracks. Apart from that it really is beautiful.

Montsalvat was such a beautiful experience. The vast grounds Surrounded by such peaceful & lush gardens, made roaming the property an absolute joy. Seeing the elegant wildlife of a lone peacock, wild ducks & a group of proud geese wondering around freely playing as tour guides greeting all walking the huge grounds. Then seeing all the beautiful art exhibits & proud standing rustic buildings that housed such art. From looking at the beautiful art to looking at the old buildings, which in themselves were part of the art too.. I highly recommend you visit such a lovely experience to be had by all.
