Worse customer service and rude and selfish company I have seen in my life .after almost 2 years and charge under my name did not do anything and try to charge me more for nothing. They are lie about do something in my case but every time I call them the best answer get from them just waiting for 2 years .they do not care about time and money for people. Now when I call them about my cases. they do not answer just cut phone Guys very careful about this company do not waste your time and money here finally you see just you lose money and time and get nothing very careful about this company.

Monaco Solicitors were crucial to navigating the Work Cover world. They were able to get me an amazing settlement. They are upfront about suggesting clients engage a financial advisor. Best to do so at the earliest possible moment. I can’t say enough about Monaco’s compassionate, efficient expertise. They are there when you need them.

This review is also a huge THANK YOU to the MONACO SOLICITORS TPD TEAM with the head solicitor Daniella Dababneh and her colleagues Emily, Andrea, Nektaria, Chanel and Caroline, who were relentlessly working to push my TPD claim through to success against all the odds. My case was very complex and the guidance that I had received throughout the whole process was overwhelmingly supportive. I had all of my questions answered, all the legal wording explained promptly and I was given clear instructions in regard to the documentation needed. They did all this with the utmost patience, courtesy and professionalism. I simply could not believe my eyes when I received the letter stating my claim had been approved. My experience with Monaco Solicitors has been very rewarding. My solicitor was Lucy who was so easy to communicate through out the process and on mediation she was so supportive. I certainly would recommend Monaco Solicitors to anyone who feels they may have a potential medical Negligence Claim
