The entire experience was professional polite and prompt. I am extremely happy with the end result of the restoration of the roof of my home. I have no hesitation recommending Jim and Michael to manage any roof work you may require on your home. Thank you Jim, Michael and Paul for a job very well done.

Very happy with the team at Modern Seal Roofing. Questions were answered promptly, even late at night and on weekends when I wouldn't expect a response until the morning or next business day. Jim, Michael and Nathan were always professional and helpful. Have had people commenting on how good the roof now looks. Highly recommend.

Asked for my roof to be restored with paint. Instead they quoted me for some premium deluxe package including gutter cleaning, valley replacement, flashing replacement, re-cementing the ridge capping, allowing for 40 broken tiles to be replaced at $7 each (there's probably 3) then quoting me on a 189m2 roof when it's actually 175m2, then painting it.
I asked for a quote for it to just be painted and replace 3 tiles. Then they tell to get another tradesman to replace the tiles. Still no quote.

I say I'll replace the tiles, just give me a quote to paint the roof. Then they say ohh but we're super busy, we can't do it at the moment.

I don't want you to start the job, I want you to give me a quote to paint the roof

  Reeks of con artists

UPDATE: Because of my 1 star review, they have now threatened to sue me, and I quote, "to teach me a lesson"

REPLY: Thanks Jim, that's because I can clean the gutters myself, the ridge cement is all in good condition and the valley isn't rusted.
