Very arrogant and rude staff. Note to the management; Train your staff properly and get them to smile to start with. People come there to spent their money! I worked in hospitality long enough and managed many bars, so I know what I am talking about!

My local for coffee, which is pretty good. The friendliness can be a bit hit and miss from staff including the baristas. I’ve been coming here for about 8 months and see the same staff most days but they’re not interested in welcoming me back or knowing my name - not required, but it does earn loyalty. A big difference from my old local cafes in Northcote and Thornbury, where I was treated as a valuable customer and kept me coming back. If another cafe opened up in Rosanna with great coffee and service I’d switch in a heartbeat.

Nicest coffee Amd best all-day breakfasts around. Also several excellent lunch items. Gets super busy so I suggest going early or late for lunch. Also I recommend the Super Smoothie which constitutes a meal in itself.

I never got the chance to eat here because of the rude staff. I walked in and it was very busy, I would have gladly waited for a table. As my partner and I waited to be acknowledged a couple walked in behind us and waited too. When the waitress who looked grumpy decided we were worth her time she acknowledged the couple behind us but not us. This is where I butted in, common decency didn't exist as the couple behind us did not say we were first. So I said excuse me, we were here first. The waitress rolled her eyes and said "right!". I told her not to worry about it. I don't want my hard earned money going to someone who doesn't care that I am paying their wages and doesn't have the decency to acknowledge my presence. This waitress had a facial (lip) piercing and a genuinely bad attitude. I will be telling my friends of this experience and I won't be returning. The owners need to speak to her because stuff like this is how you lose revenue. No loss for me because I walked up the road to the train yard where I got kind and prompt service and a beautiful meal. See you never Miss Marie!

Chicken burger consists of 4 fried offcuts of chicken drowned in a average slaw. Chips were good. Partners egg was cold. Staff not very freindly.
There's better places close by, go there instead.

Amazing meals. Had big breakfast and wagyu burger. Would be 5 if food was hot and staff didnt stand around tables as much. Coffee is also amazing. Had to wait 8 mins for table but worth it.

Had the pork belly burger, delicious and succulent. I presume everything else is amazing too. A real gem

Very popular. Changing menu. Good food, particularly for breakfast.

Some people rave about the fruity acid coffee, I'm not a fan. Instead order a "magic" (double ristretto in steamed milk) for a smoother coffee flavour.

Been going here since the week it opened. Haven't stopped going since. Have gotten to know the family that own & run it, and the wonderful staff they have, and have had in the past as well.

Whe the food has always been really tasty, it's gotten even better of late - I think with the introduction of a new chef perhaps. Whatever it is, I like it. That Wagyu Beef burger is superb. Equally one of my all time faves. Perfect pattie, cheese and a punchy i-dont-know-whats-in-it sauce that ties it together. The super salad is also great, and the steak sandwich with those over roasted tomatoes never gets old. The hash brown on the Hey Bloke brekky is also killer good. And finally the crispy chicken burger, with its bizarre kinda Asian themed southern-fried style is one of the most unique flavoured chicken burgers I've had. Love it

The introduction of loose leaf chai tea lattes is just icing on an already awesome cake for us non-coffee drinkers.

Occasional 80s tunes are welcome too.

Don't you go changing, Miss Marie.

Great food more like what you might find in brunswick than Rosanna

Nice food and atmosphere, staff are friendly, not the best coffee, it all depends on which barista you get

Corn fritter with smoked salmon is absolutely amazing! Came out in about ten minutes, despite the menu saying to allow for at least 15 minutes from ordering, and it being a busy Saturday midday! Great coffee and customer service as well, definitely one of my favourite local joints!
