This motel has well appointed 2 room units at a price which is more than acceptable when compared to other motels .there are two large reclining chairs, reasonable size flat screen TV ,late model air-conditioning system. Kitchenette with micro wave toaster electric jug and so on. Price includes a lite breakfast. It is situated on the Mt Gambier side of Millicent and is only1/2 hr from Mt Gambier. At $95 a night it is great value for the money.

Gary & Melinda were very hospitable when we arrived, there was a family gathering & we were invited to join in and eat. From the beginning they were down to earth and friendly. Gary told us that they bought the Motel some 13 months ago & are working hard to add some class. But he said all good things take time. They have revamped most rooms with new aircons, beds, toaster, kettles,TV, sheets , blankets boosted the Free WiFi & painted throughout. Then he tells me that they have more to do. l'm sure they will. Great value! Thanks Garry & Melinda. We will return to see the new changes.
