Great old pub with a new breath. Recently renovated bathrooms. Stayed here for 2 nights, and the staff where always super friendly and happy to help.

The food was so homey and delicious. Great service. Portion size is more than enough for an average person. Interior could be upgraded.

Great home cooking, just tge sort of food required after a long day of driving. Had the footy on the tv over the fireplace, with Guiness flowing nicely from the tap.

Attended at the hotel recently for an afternoon drink with my 2 son in laws and 8 grandchildren we were babysitting and felt immediately welcomed. Enjoyed our drink and the atmosphere in the hotel. Attended a couple of days later with all the family and some friends (19 in all) for dinner and could not find a single fault. Great little show bag package for the kids, excellent choice menu, great wine and beer list and to top it all off the food was superb. All adults and kids alike were full of praise for everything. The owner Wendy is the perfect person to have in a hotel. Her personalty and attention to customers was perfect. Highly highly recommend and will return.
