Huge range of swimwear and bras all price ranges. Experienced friendly staff to help with fittings. I am not easy to fit and my assistant was marvelous bringing dozens of swimsuits for me to try till I found the perfect fit. Very respectful and asked permission to enter cubicle Highly recommended.

Maybe they've had bad experiences with youths stealing or something but thats still no excuse to treat me the way I was disgustingly treated. They gave me bad looks as soon as the beeper on the door went off because I was walking around with bathers and one of the old ladies rushed up to me and snatched it of me! I couldn't walk around with the bathers of my choice anymore or even try them. They were scowling and making me feel inferior due to something i didn't even do but what they I assumed I was about to

I dont even want to give 1 star ! We lasted literally 1minute in the shop today. We walked in and i asked one lady for a certain type of bikini i would like.. at the same time another lady came over and asked us to take a tiny little muffin off my 22month old (in his buggy) because they 'just had their carpets cleaned'!. Needless to say, i wasnt about to take my sons little treat off him just so i could stay in a shop whos average employee age is 210 !
I was disgusted by how the employee asked me to take food from my child clearly she has no concept of what happens when you take something yummy from a baby.. it aint pretty !!! Anyways.. will never return.. steer clear 😊

I was interested in their half price bathers, which were more like full price.

Swimwear options were OK and I walked out with a bikini set that I was happy with, but three of the women that worked there either saw me completely naked or saw my boobs because they opened the curtain to the change room AS they asked me how I was going (I've never been into a store where this seems to be so normal), without waiting for me to reply. As a somewhat conservative someone, I feel this was a violation of personal decency and wouldn't go back there again Purely because of that. If I owned the store I would have a chat to the staff (regardless of their age) and let them know that they need to give customers a little more privacy unless otherwise advised.

Terribly disappointed with the customer service at this store. Ordered bathers in and was told they would be in just after the New Year. Called the other day to be told that no they won't be in and they have to reorder them in which will take another week. Well that's useless as I needed them as I'm going away. Not only did I need to pay for them in full which I was more than happy to do, but now they have made false promises. Pretty poor. Will not be going back there.

It's been years since i've been able to buy bathers that i like. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, professional and discreet. I went in hoping to buy a single pair of bathers but came away with 3 combos! If, like me, you live closer to Melbourne's CBD, i would definitely recommend it is worth the trip!

Huge selection of swimwear & bras with very helpful staff. Bathers shopping is normally daunting when you need a large cup size, but the knowledgeable staff member took the time to go through the whole store helping me choose pieces and gave me her honest opinion for each suit I tried on. I can't rate this shop highly enough. Will definitely go back.
