I wish I could give these guys infinite negative stars. Rude and unprofessional staff. The manager has the biggest ego problem and knows nothing about the after care services that comes with the jewellery purchase. It would be good if this store shuts down before it ruins the well reputed image of Michael Hill Jewellers.

Don't take delicate or precious things here to repair! Despite reassurances by the store manager himself about them having a quality jeweller, they just did a quick cheap job and botched it.

First engagement ring i got fell apart, second ring fell apart, got fixed snd resized and stuck on my finger. They refused to provide assistance. Avoid.
