  Sumit Agarwal I must say is only car salesmen I know who wasn't too pushy.

  I've been at MCL a few months back with a friend, helping him look for a car. We we didn't get the best customer service. Long story short, I was very very hesitant to buy from MCL, but to my surprise we had one of the best customer service you could get out of a prestige dealer. Ken was polite, helpful and knew his product from top to tail. When he wasn't sure he didn't spin up rubbish but went to check which most salespeople tend to do. Ken is the kind of sales person every car dealer should have. He spoke to us with respect and didn't treat us like we were just numbers. Chris (Business Manager) was willing to go out of his way to help us, any question we had for him he answered with positivity. The process was smooth, easy and stress free from both Ken and Chris. We love our new SUV! I highly recommend this dealer, especially Ken as he has made our experience that extra special. So if you're looking for a Lexus make sure you head in to see these guys and give them a go! Thanks GUYS!

  I do not recommend this dealer went to buy a Lexus car privately full service history from this dealer from new till 100,000km . Coolant had not been changed for years and rusted out the radiator and basically engine was stuffed . Transmission fluid was apparently checked it was burnt and black. Service was only done 300km prior to looking at it. So much for scheduled servicing. Will never purchase any car serviced by you. Incompetent and very poor considering there was every receipt for the car for servicing.
  Hence i did not buy the car.
