Hired by my insurance company. Biased, not independent and working to protect the interests of the insurer rather than trying to detect the real cause of damage. Would state that everything is due 'wear and tear'. Would never properly explain why the strong hail is disregarded as a proximate cause of damage, would provide childish pics from google maps and would claim that they are 'forensic evidence'. They are a DISGRACE to the engineering profession. Currently organising an independent report and will take my insurer to AFCA.

Terrible experience. Report was innacurate and ended up having to get all works redone. Would not reccomend

MCS inspected my house following a flood. The service was outstanding. They attended to everything! Highly recommended.
