The shakes were like water. I sent them back and they made sure u could not see in the container and gave me back them. Absolute disgrace. If your machines not working or is not cold enough them a quick I'm sorry but the machine is not working properly is not to much to ask. Money is all they care about not customer service!!!

Tasty yoghurt muesli bowls and the cafe staff are nice and friendly. Drive thru staff are a bit impatient and tend to get the drive thru order incorrect.

This maccas was so so busyBUT.. very efficient and at the same time so cheerful!!!!!! Coffees were good as were the toasties and raisin toasts..

Can prove to be a tight driving experience, in the position of the building close to the highway and roundabout. The more popular fast food chain in Mount Gambier thanks to its many deals, low prices, fast food and great customer satisfaction. Know what you're going to order beforehand if your inebriated in some form though, or else you might be told to hurry up and order.

I have just spent a week at Mt Gambier and decided to give Macdonalds a go for coffee and the occasional breakfast and dinner meal. I absolutely loved the coffee, in fact the best coffee I have ever had. Loved the service by the all the staff, no loud music playing (bliss). The only criticism, no Adelaide paper to read. I haven't been to Maca's for years but I'll be pack for their coffee for sure. Well done.

Customer service was shocking, went through the drive through for breakfast the staff member was extremely rude. I realise she was very busy but the attitude was not necessary.

Good food, not thrown together like some other outlets. Can take a little long when busy, car park is rather tight but they have addressed this with expanding it. Other than that the food is good and have not had any issues what so ever.

It's understandable that it's busy and there's a wait from time to time, when it's busy mass amounts of food has to be cooked up and prepared, sometimes you get sent to waiting bays due to busyness inside the store. Generally If I than 6 cars lined up at the drive thru I try to avoid going there and go later on when it's not so busy because when there's 6 cars lined up in drive thru no doubt it's busy inside the store too, when it's not so busy the service is amazing, just don't be rude and treat the employees how you want to be treated and they'll treat you the same way. People just have to understand when it's busy there will be a wait on your orders and the employees are only human, they'll make mistakes under pressure sometimes. From my experience if you just let them know there's something wrong with your order calmly and nicely, hand them back the bag of the order that's wrong, they'll fix it hassle free.

A decent enough place. Food was served reasonably fast and was tasty enough, however they do seem to get orders wrong way too often. Parking can be tight and there are nowhere near enough spots. Also cleanliness was extremely lacking. When I last visited almost every single empty table had litter and mess covering them. It doesn't inspire confidence in hygiene. Lots of room for improvement.
