Probably one of the more dirty McDonald's if ever been to. But at least the food wasn't the worst. It wasn't good but it wasn't the worst.

All I wanted was a small fries at 11:45 pm. I waited at the window for 5 mins until somebody went to a tray of chips sitting on the counter and served them up for me. When I pointed out that that they were cold she made wait another 5 mins beforeshe brought me out another packet. Just disgusted!

Worst food I've had at a McDonalds. Cold fries, McFeast scant filling of cold dry pattie, and limp lettuce with little else. Managers attitude was aloof. Resented changing the order when they couldn't supply pies in time, didn't speak just scowled. Wont bother again.

Dear all,
I was shocked what I saw at my visit.
There where 4 tables taken when I visited.
So not busy at all. 5 other tables had rubbish left behind from customers that have not emptied their tables.
Nearly all the tables had bread crump or tomato sauce, stains etc. on them.
One table was decorated with uneaten bread that was most likely left behind by some very funny customers.
The floors where a disaster covered in used serviettes and thick dirt that maybe one crew of builders left behind them all the way through the centre.
There where 2 signs standing around "be aware of slippery floor" but no where someone seen cleaning anything.
The toilets where filthy and looked like they have not been visited by any cleaner for the last 3 days.
I did not looked into one of the toilets it selves as I knew this would not be a good experience at all!
Floor at the sinks covered in water and used toilet paper. (leaking taps etc. but this is not the reason of my complaint)
Outside on the parking the disaster and type of housekeeping carried on.
Rubbish everywhere you looked.
Very disappointing visit. Very very bottom of the list.
Needs improvement. I actually believe if I would had my wife with me, she would turned around straight away.
(Maybe I should off also)

I have been waiting over 30 minutes since driving into the drive thru to order my food/ get my food and it still hasn't come. There is no apology from the girl working the counter

The worst McDonald's in the area by far. After eating here yesterday, have not stopped vomiting!!! No more Big Macs for me. The place is so filthy I should have known I was going to get sick.

Worst McDonald's in the area!!! Chips are ALWAYS old and burnt, food is always dry and cold and service is consistently slow.

A dirty store with staff who know very little about customer service. You want people to order at a particular window then have it staffed. Also MacDonald's in general, if you don't have a product advertise that so people don't waste time being stuck in your drive thru.
