  We were at Mcdonalds at 4.45pm Wednesday 1 November 2017.
  We have just left McDonalds at Heatherbrae and was very very disappointed with the food that was dished up to us.
  Our coffees were only luke warm, we asked for extra hot, it was also on the docket. We had to drink them straight down otherwise they would have been cold before we finished them. My husband had a slice of raisin toast and it was so thinly squashed he had trouble biting into it.
  My husband spoke to the barista who had served him, she replied "i will pass it on"!!!
  So if this person is going to pass it on is she going to say, " a customer complained to me because of the service i provided"!!!!!
  I am sure not!!!!
  The hand dryer in the men's toilet was not working and has been like this for some time.
  This restaurant is sliding downhill and only trading on its location.
  Also while I am passing on my sentiments who was the bright spark at the Head Office who decided that Coeliacs at Mcdonalds Mcafe don't deserve to be to eat GF friands and almond orange cake.

  A busy establishment that has good staff. Toilets need attention. I would not want to be there during a peak holiday period. Would take the driveway option.

  this was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, and i regret ever deciding to eat at this disgraceful restaurant! first of all, the customer service that me and my family received was absolutely horrendous and it came to the point where the staff were incredibly impatient as they are obviously mentally challenged. the tone of voice that the employees used towards me was appalling and i was verbally harassed by multiple crew member as i attempted to escape the situation they continued to raise their voice when i struggled to understand a foreign employees accent. to add to that, the food that i received was atrocious due to the fact that every single item was either cold, damp or not fitting the expectations of the false advertisements. the delay for our below average meal was woeful and i can’t believe i had to wait 30 minutes for a ham and cheese toasted sandwich. my order was attempted three time before eventually my correct meal was prepared by two ignorant young ladies. the bathrooms on the other handle were not sanitary nor private as majority of the locks didn’t close and i was scared for the life of my family and i. this mcdonalds clearly needed several repairs to adjust their obviously corrupt management, and thus every aspect of the restaurant was revolting. the entire place smelt of explosive diarrhoea and vomit and countless consumers were complaining about the stench but the managers failed to comply with the customers and avoided the whole situation. i feel substantially worse about myself simply for having been here, and cannot shake the feeling that every good thing i've ever done in my life has just been canceled out. in short, this restaurant didn’t meet my expectations and the thought of ever returning here makes me sick to the stomach, like the food

  Visited at a peak period and was DISGUSTED with the POOR service. The staff were unable to comprehend "Cheeseburger Happy meal" we had to repeat the order 3 times. Then when the food came (if you can compare it too food) was half-ass slapped together with no care or quality. A "Homestyle Angus" was ordered due to the love of Beetroot it was the size of a 10c piece. SERIOUSLY BAD!!!

  not happy. bad service.
  
  ordered via drive through, was told to wait in the waiting bay, waited almost 20 minutes, but the food never came.
  
  went inside to check what was going on, order had never gone through even though it was paid for.
  
  repeated the order to the staff, then when we finally received it, we were missing our fries.
  
  we left with our food, got back onto the motorway and then found out the sausage (which does not come with an egg!!!) mcmuffin was actually an egg mcmuffin...
  
  paid $8 for something i didn't even order and won't eat. ;(

  It's as you would expect. Good quality fast food with a low nutritional value. It was very busy when we went, which is to be expected of a McDonald's on a major Highway. Not much room to move but the service was fine. Writing this review makes me want a Big Mac.

  Waited in the drive through for my coffee - they then gave me someone else's order. I had turn around, park and go inside to tell that they stuffed up my order and had given me someone else's coffee.
  
  They then said they would make me a new one and I waited for an additional 20mins. After that, I went up to the counter and asked where my coffee was and they apologised AGAIN as they had forgotten about me. Then when I finally got my coffee, went to the office and had a sip - it was BURNT and DISGUSTING!!!
  
  SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

  It's hard not to be a little biased, considering this is my place of work, but I do believe this is the best McDonald's in the area. Compared to nearby stores, it is quicker and more accurate. Some crew may not have the best customer service skills, but others will go above and beyond to ensure a good experience. The location on the highway is great for travellers, but just be cautious of the quaint sized car park as it is a very busy restaurant.
