Service was. Moderate. But food was good. Staff is friendly.

Reading others reviews was expecting the same sloppy service but it must be a good night as I'm writing this as I'm here. The person who served us was amazing. Exception customer service, from the moment we ordered & paid at the window. 💯 the only down side is the wait time in drive thru and that's not even in a waiting bay. It's at the drive thru so be prepared to turn your car off while waiting.

Can never get an order correct. Customer comes second with most staff. To busy socialising with others. Even tried going into the store and they can't get orders correct.

As a concern parent I feel the kids play area may be dangerous with those ridiculous red wavy levels where i can see a child sliding off and seriously hurting themselves. In addition wire mesh what on earth were you thinking a child could get their hand stuck

Absolutely terrible. Waited along time. I was the only customer staff were all over the place . Food was cold. Chocolate sauce all over the tray and ended up everywhere. Near no big Mac sauce in the big Mac.
Sons hamburger burnt and patty all broken up .

I am utterly appalled with this place, they do not know how to make any food correctly. I understand that they are busy but they rave on about how they are a restaurant when they cant even serve decent food both my partner and i had food go everywhere after they didnt know how to make a wrap properly. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Really un-proffesional customer service
At 10:30pm monday 20th of March my partner and I went to this maccas to get 4 large frozen cokes for us and her 2 brothers, got to the box and there was music playing over the speaker while the lady was talking, got to about 2 foot before the window as there was a car infront of us, and there were 2 girls there both with headsets on, one playing music through her phone into the microphone, while the other girl served another customer. Once she finished serving the customer they both started singing and talking to eachother, using inappropriate language and completely ignoring us with the window open. Once I was able to move right up to the window to be able to pay, she said its 4 dollars, gave her a five, handed me a dollar change and continued talking to the other girl. Got to the second window and let the girl there know about the other 2 and said she would inform her manager.
Hopefully she did as that kind of behaviour is preposterous for any kind of customer service job.response / report this review -

Dear Cranbourne Mc Donald's
I'm a 75 year old lady I used to come in every Friday night to get my delicious chicken and cheese. I would always be greeted by the lovely face on a young women named Danielle, unfortunatly I haven't seen her in a while, it upsets that she isn't working at your store any longer, but now works at Clyde. Considering I live on camms road I can't push my walker all the way to Clyde. Please bring her back. My chicken and cheese will never be the same!response / report this review -

God love Maccas workers: nervy 15 year olds battling with the soft serve machine, with their decidedly short term memories that mean THEY ALWAYS FORGET SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE!!! This is unacceptable, I CANNOT eat dry nuggetsplus, I paid for it!!!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and fast service. The staff were very well dressed and very friendly and efficient. Never felt the need to review before but feel this store deserves complimenting. We are holidaying from Queensland.
