I don't know what happened when we were here, the place was a complete shambles, filth and food debris strewn all across the floor and tables, took ages for our food to come out. Should've trusted our gut and turned around as soon as we walked in.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes waiting to order with a staff member less than 2 feet away before asking is anyone serving here. Coffee came with no sugar or spoon obviously Drive through is more important

Found staff to busy talking about there personal life and not working order was not right was made to wait in waiting bay for order got part of the order but they forgot the food part had to wait 10 to 15 mins for my order and still ended up having to get out of my car to go inside to ask for the rest of the order not happy what is the point of drive thru if you have to park your car and go in

I'm a regular here and in general they can serve the basics ok. If you ask for anything out of the norm make sure you double check what's been served as too many times I've arrived home with my order only to find it's not what I paid for. The staff are rude as well, and need to learn some basic customer service skills. Disappointed.

McDonald's Chelsea heights to say your food and service tonight was an absolute disgrace would be an understatement. Firstly, the person talking the order in the drive through couldn't follow a simple order. Luckily you now have the order appear on the screen so I could see how completely wrong she was getting it. Must have been my accent. I'm Australian. I can forgive for this as I understand that sometimes trying to hear an order from the box could be hard. After repeating it so many times I gave up, deciding to correct her at the window instead where a faulty headset would not get in the way. As we approached the window, again this woman could not take a simple order. I basically had to repeat my order several times before she eventually got it right. We then proceeded to the next window to collect the order. I decided it was best to park and check this. The punches kept rolling here. The tagged box that was a quarter pounder turned out to be a mcfeast. And a horrible one at that. The happy meal Toy was missing - any parent will understand this is the most important part of a happy meal. The nuggets were dry and even the 11 year old eating them could not chew them. There was more salt on the chips than actual chips. The hash brown was stone cold. And by stone cold it was hard as a rock - also unable to be consumed. The coke was some sort of cold liquid that was nothing like a coke. Bali coke tastes better. When I got a replacement quarter pounder this was still not done right and more or less a mixture of foods thrown into the box. A $50 meal for 4 people was literally thrown away. I now have a bunch of hungry kids and nothing to show for the $50 meal that should have been. You are a disgrace to all McDonald's in the area. Lift your game McDonald's!

I ordered an angus cheeseburger yesterday. It was without a doubt one of the worst examples of takeaway food Ive ever had the misfortune of trying to eat. The pickles looked liked dried gurkans and I ended up eating the patty and throwing the rest away. I thought gourmet meant quality. I only gave you one star because I had to to post this rating. Disgusted.

New to the area and recently became regular customers, we visit at nyt usually between 11pm and 12am. on first visit we had a 10 minute wait for our order which we atleast expected to then be fresh. Fries were old, cold and tasted like cardboard. 2nd visit both restaurant and drive through were packed, store was filthy and 4 fly's present at front counter, I ended up walking out of the store and driving 10 minutes to the next closest store. Visit 3, drive through staff was very fast and felt as though we were rushed. Very poor customer service ethic! Visit 4, no customers in sight staff were dancing around in store. Our burgers came out as IKEA built it urself kits and pattie was actually burnt (never experienced this before). In the future I will avoid this place like the plague and drive to the next town. Very disappointed, absolutely disgusted!

Staff are friendly and facilities are kept clean and well maintained. Still have to wait for drive through coffee which can be annoying.

Friendly staff and correct orders most of the time. The playground is good but tables need to be cleaned more often. Young staff that come out get destracted by very little things and forget to clean tables, or look for rubbish on tables and forget to clean them. They need to keep an eye on stock also as they often run out of hotcakes.
