Ordered two drinks and paid then changed my order. No problem except I wasn't refunded the difference in price. Keep your dollar twenty as compensation for us never returning and telling everyone we know about it.

My experience was RUINED! I am mortiphied when walking in & seeing the young, chubby girl making orders & touching food WITH HER BARE HANDS..not rinsing in between or wearing gloves just touching everything with her hands on EVERY order..DISGUSTING & UNHYGENIC..You give Max Brenner a bad rep!!!!

Realllyyyy nice hot chocolate!!! But cost us nearly $20 for 3 -_- and we waited at least 15-20mins. The place wasn't even that busy, it's a shame. Probably won't go back

Terrible! Me and my friend ended up in a bad case of food poisoning. Never again. The place is unhygienic and the staff weren't very pleasant. If you dont wanna spend your days in the toilet, dont come here. Yuck

Being understaffed is not a good excuse for bad customer service.. When the food and drinks arrived 50mins later, it arrived in dribs and drabs, oh did I mention the crockery was dirty!

Visited this cafe last night. Never again. Bad customer service. Had to eat at a dirty table as the only one large enough to accommodate our group was dirty and staff didn't clean it. We just moved the dishes to the side. Waitresses were not friendly or helpful. Seemed like they didn't like their job much!

Been here for 30 mins and the tables are not cleaned. One of the patrons asked the lady to clean it and the lady replied "we will cleaning it when we have time" plus there's flies now.

The chocolate is no different from other store in Melbourne CBD. However customer service is totally up to your luck. If you come there when there is no other customers you may get served otherwise you may be standing there waiting for someone or try to order something but noone cares.. just like you dont exist. I have been there 4 times and 2 times just walk away. Wont be back for sure.
