  I really wanted this to be decent and back the 'little guy' that everyone here has dumped all over. But unfortunately the shite reviews are all too true. To say this meal was underwhelming would be generous. 1 star for the fact that they are open on a Monday and the other for a fairly decent burger. The rest was bin-worthy.
  
  Worst inter-personal skills I've ever come across. But if you're expecting world class 2-hat fine dining service from a chip shop then you really are a cheap bastard and could do with getting out more. You should, however, expect decent chips and possibly even decent fish from an establishment that's supposed to specialise in just that. Alas, it was not to be this time. I'd love to believe it was a bad night but it looks as though I'm not alone here. Keep driving.

  Absolutely rubish. Got soggy chips and dimmies got two lamb sovulakis got pineable beetroot and cheap sliced chesse was all horrid and the bread was just soaked and uneatable. Do not eat here

  Worst customer service, no hello or how are you or a smile, the worker looked generally annoyed, having experience in working in retail this is not how a customer should be greeted and treated.,

  serves burnt fish, not grilled fish. asked if it could be recooked in a polite manner but the worker was not willing to recook the fish and said the sauce makes it turn black, which was incomprehensible. Also found a piece of hair on the food and they did not even include chips that were part of the meal that we paid for, which was nearly $40. If looking for some decent fish and chips geelong waterfront would be a better option.

  As a newcomer to Geelong who rarely eats fast food ,I called in for a hamburger with the lot.
  It came with fresh salad ,beetroot
  And pineapple
  Juicy and delicious!!
  Quick , friendly service

  So disappointed in customer service, I have been living in this area for 4 years and for 4 years if ever getting fish and chips refused to go anywhere else.
  One week ago looking to get a late night feed for me and friends decided to call and make an order as they have their times advertised as open untill 9pm Saturdays, I called to make an order amd was told "last orders are at 8.15 love" "love" nothing i hate more!!!!! I hung up look at the time and it was 8.16pm!!!! Wtf!!!! NEVER EVER EVER will I be going here again, they missed an order for 10 people that night and many order from me going forward from now on ill be going to Shannon ave fish and chips as I called the straight after (times also stated till 9pm) and they took my order without any question.

  I'm a local and from the UK and so when it comes to my fish and chips, I'm quite fussy! I always get the Barramundi and am never disappointed. Minimum chips serving is huge so always enough for the 2 of us. Staff are lovely and service always super quick! I'll always go back for more!!!

  Usually get burgers and they are pretty good better than others I've tried in the area
