Saw a Malibu Shade worker shouting aggressively and belittling a young mum and her baby to get out of the playground they were working on at Five Dock. Disgusting behaviour. Go with this company if you want someone who'll not only bully a woman and baby in public but is dumb enough to do it wearing the uniform of the company they represent.

Everything from the advice and quoting right through to the installation and after sales experience went perfectly. The shade is exactly what we needed. Great service and products.

So incredibly happy with these guys. Professional, reliable and high quality of work. The design was excellent and tradesmen were careful and cleaned-up after themselves. Highly recommended and lots of comments from friends and neighbours on how the shade structure suited the house and looks great.

Professional and friendly service! Joel was excellent with his knowledge of Malibu's products. We were more than happy with the whole experience with Malibu Shade. The installation went smooth & installers were professional. We love our new Retractable Roof Pergola and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Unprofessional
Wow they are so keen to do a quote, install and take your money. As soon as there is a problem they don’t want to know.
The beams they installed to hold the shades bend easily and the bolts come away from the wall allowing water to seep into the wall.
When you inquire to have this repaired they ignore you as if you are invisible.
Be warned about this company and go elsewhere.response / report this review
