  I just wanted to touch base to express how happy we are with the new pool heat pump that was installed. It is so bloody quiet! It is so easy to use, especially with the wifi app. Have used the pool heater twice already and absolutely love it. Ours kids will learn to swim in no time at all now!

  Recently purchased my second MADIMACK heat pump. I couldn't be happier with the performance. I did have some challenges in connecting the heat pump to my mobile via WI-FI. The at Madimack team spent two days off and on assisting me. However, when my young daughter arrived home it took her less than 5 minutes to complete the connection. Both my home HP 17kW and the holiday house HP 14kW combined with new solar PV on the roof have been outstanding investments in fun for my family. BTW my last electricity bill after 3 months of HP running was $146

  We spent close to $10k on a 22kw Madimack Elite V3 heat pump, while the pump itself has worked really well, the after sales support from both Madimack and their recommended “platinum” installer Dean from Paladin has been pretty appalling, I had an issue with the smartphone app and their was no response from the Madimack support team for weeks and in the end I had to troubleshoot it myself. Recently, I also discovered that the installers had left an outlet pipe on the pool filter backwash/waste leaking, when I approached the installer to fix it, there was no response and after persisting I was abruptly told that it was not their problem and I will need to pay to have the issue fixed. No complains so far with the pump itself but probably don’t expect a lot in customer support once they have your money.

  Great product & service. Our install was tricky but the machine actually makes our house look better (was fitted to side of our house)!! Pool heated up quickly, glad that we upgraded models (Madimack Elite). Not too many buttons to be confusing but enough to be impressive. All round good experience so far. Highly recommend Dean @Paladin Services too.
