  Best kitchen
  
  We wanted an absolutely fantastic kitchen and that is exactly what we got. Made in Italy supply a product that is top-notch. The kitchen looks great and it is a pleasure to use. The small touches and the high-end finishes will keep us happy for years to come.

  We expected a great service from Carla, Carlo and the team at Made in Italy, and that is exactly what we got. They know their product and were pleased to guide us through all the choices available. They were very responsive to our many questions along the way as we explored different layout options. They patiently worked with us from version 1 drawings through to the final design.
  
  Above and beyond
  
  What took us by surprise though, was how well Made in Italy performed under pressure when things didn’t go according to plan. Our renovation schedule had many moving parts, hampered by covid-lockdowns and a few unforeseen events. It is a test of how good a company really is when you work with them through a plan of works that throws up a few hiccups along the way! Carla and Carlo were incredibly flexible with shifting timelines and Dean was at our house every day moving the project forward, calmly keeping things under control. A renovation in 2020 might have been a stressful endeavour in less capable hands but Made in Italy are too good at what they do.

  I am thrilled with my new kitchen and the end result has exceeded my expectations.
  The design process was great. Their software program made it easy to visualise the concept, as well as any incorporated changes.
  Thank you Carlo, you are such a gentleman and a man of integrity - with excellent taste and communication skills!
  Mick (the installer) was just the best - super skilled and so friendly and helpful, above and beyond.
  I am getting many compliments about the stand-out quality, style and functionality of my new kitchen.
  For a comparable cost, I believe they deliver a product that is distinctive and superior. There is a wait of several weeks for materials to be shipped from overseas, but the operation is very efficient and definitely worth it.
  I would highly recommend Made In Italy.

  Price is reasonable after they offer their discount. High quality cabinetry and the 2 installers Mick & Dean are brilliant. Some really cool options too, like the corner unit. That's the positives. Negatives are they cannot manage a project to save themselves as our kitchen is a disaster. Still incomplete after nearly 2 months. If they need to replace anything or forgot to order something, it takes 2-3 months to be replaced as it needs to come from Italy. If you choose this company, be aware of the negatives and be prepared for a very long project! Will update this review when & if kitchen ever gets completed.

  Great service and customer support from Made in Italy Kitchens. They really look after the customer making sure you are happy and at very competitive price for a great Made in Italy kitchen that will stand out in your house.

  I was very happy dealing with Carlo, the owner. He is very customer focused and a honest person, clearly he is in business for the long term. The 'Lube' kitchen and laundry is absolutely beautiful and top quality. I would highly recommend 'Made In Italy' due to the excellent service, quality and installation.
