  "Excellent Customer Service & Really Good Discount Prices"
  Compared to many of the 'other' outdoor gear retailers in the Perth CBD - our experience with Macpac has always been awesome! Staff are VERY helpful and not too pushy or in-your-face either, giving us plenty of time to try on stuff and look throughout the store at our leisure. All our questions were answered well and with professional expertise and local knowledge, which was amazing to hear! Items on sale (or clearance) were all at excellent prices. A totally great shopping experience for us, and we can see that staff at Macpac really work hard at EXCELLENT customer service. 5+ stars well earned in our opinion! by Andrew & Jenny
