The worst experience. Staff left, no explanation, continued delays and lies about circumstances. After months of phone calls and emails not returned, finally discovered that nothing had been done. My ORIGINAL PROPERTY SETTLEMENT DOCUMENTS have been lost and not returned by staff. Disappointed. Do not use these people.

Used these guys last year and everything was smooth and easy. This year they are plagued by employees leaving and horrible turn around times on returns. Won't be using again. Still waiting for my return almost 2 months later

6 weeks wait. Arrived to "closed due to unforseen circumstances " sign. No contact Re: explanation, appology or to reschedule. Now they have a messaging system, no response for 4 weeks. Used to be amazing..absolutely shocking now.

Overpriced bad service. Always running late and they never get back to me when I need them to. Even when I called to remind them it seemed they had misplaced my file and said they would call me back but never did.
