  I have several clients with this alarm and while good to begin with, when something goes wrong it is always user error heaven forbid the product might be at fault.
  
  With regards another review the company has disputed here do as suggested and Google Live Life alarms ACCC, I did.
  
  *To the company owner, as stated above "I have several clients" I do not use your product personally.
  
  **After talking with the owner we reached an amicable solution, in Phil's favour, he went above and beyond to resolve the problems.

  Unfortunately my pendant accidentally landed in the water and "died".
  I phoned to report this and was amazed at the friendliness and the efficiency of every staff member I spoke to. My unit was replace within 5 working days!

  We bought a LiveLife Alarm 5 years ago for an elderly family member who lives alone. We have NEVER had a problem with it. It gives them the peace of mind that help is only a one push button away. On 2 "fall" occasions when it had to be used we were able to fully communicate with them whilst we were on the way. I have recommended it to many friends and will continue to do so. It is simple, uncomplicated and does what it is intended to do.

  the alarm is a very necessary item for me. Due to my age (78) and living alone, my doctor advised me to get an alarm and my family strongly agreed. After checking the internet for such items,I found your product the very best deal. It is comforting to know I am safe when traveling to Toowoomba for a medical appointment The alarm is comfortable to wear and I hardly know I have it on I am very impressed Mal
