I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2009 where I wanted to take my love of property, people and places into a bigger scale and help others also. I bought my first house when I was 17, I had another 3 by the time I was 24 years old. I was buying homes that had a specific twist (ie subdivision or create extra bedrooms etc) and I could manufacture immediate growth in value.
My genuine passion for property and places offered a creative outlet and ultimately building my property portfolio. I love painting, love tearing down walls for better structural changes to a home and I love architectural design. This is why and the how of our exclusive Concierge Circle of Service and Projects division assists my clients greatly.
I dove into the real estate industry full time as it is an extension of what I do in my personal life on a daily basis. I wanted my prospective clients I meet and engage a fully licensed estate agent in which they will never have to compromise on the best of services, values or expertise, which I had not experienced personally when selling my own homes. Being part of the REIV and also a multiple REIV award winning agent brings another layer of expertise and knowledge to every sale.
I knew I could offer this and more. It never feels like work to me as I absolutely love what I do, the places I see, the properties I get the joy to sell and best of all the wonderful clients I can meet and serve in making their dreams come true, in their next real estate journey!

What I love the most about real estate is helping people with a stress free, proactive and seamless selling solutions which best fits their needs.
Every home is different, every client is different and their needs need to be catered for specifically to achieve the best possible outcome for the client but more importantly I like to exceed my clients expectations on every level I possibly can. There is no sea of sameness here!
