Excellent eye lash extensions

I have been buying Hair Extensions for a very long time! I found many lately changing their suppliers and hair was becoming terrible. Then I found Brent at LASH U HAIR, He promised me the world and delivered as i loved my hair. I am an honest and sincere person and also in the this industry so i know how everything works as well as customer service. I loved the hair i purchased (Tape in extensions). I then decided after a few months i would order more as i wanted it longer. I put it in my hair, went home and washed it once (i have been wearing hair extensions and using them at my salon for 5 years). After washing it with the same shampoo and conditioner (being the one recommended although the first batch i washed with anything and it was perfect) the hair started to shed! SHED BAD!!!! So i went back to the hair dresser Blo Bar in Oakleigh and the re taped with the second pack (i had purchased 2 packs) and thought it would be ok, I sent videos and photos straight up to Brent and got no response. I was leaving that very next day for Europe and i thought i would deal with it when i get back. I washed it when i got to Europe and again the hair was shedding rapidly from the tape!!!!! I was soooooo upset!!!! I put up with it until i was back! I wish i could post before and after photos of what was left on my head!!!! I cut it shorter as no one in Europe applied tape extensions. I have been sending pictures and videos to Brent sliding my hands through my hair and he replied saying "it the same batch as my first, so basically i am lying). I said to him why would i want to replace the hair in a day of receiving to a new batch??????????? Crazy!!!! In my case i would say please send the hair back and i will replace it!!!!! He did not even want to see it. I have never ever written a review on no business page!!!! I really do not know what to say about this man! I feel sick! Not about the money that means nothing to me! It is about humanity! I gave this man many chances. That is just wrong and off! I will make sure I put a review everywhere i can! Quoting all silly answers from this man and also use his answers on my "what not to say as professional" in my forums! I will quote you again and again in all hair and beauty forums. Appauling. For $100 a pop this is just not worth it!!!
