Our AC broke down Australia Day Eve and wouldn’t turn off, contacted O’Brien Electrical on Australia Day and they were at our home and attending to the problem within half an hour of the phone call and returned the next day to repair the AC. Couldn’t ask for better service than that especially given it was a public holiday! We’ll satisfied and not absorbingly expensive. Excellent service thank you!!!

From quote to completion, O’Brien Electrical & Air Conditioning were great to deal with!

Elliott provided a prompt and detailed written quote within hours of our initial online request (super impressive when a number of other contacted businesses still haven’t found the time to reply over four weeks later), while Paula made the quote acceptance and scheduling process fast and easy, with a friendly and efficient phone manner.

Josh, who completed the requested work (supply & fit of replacement smoke alarms), was on-time, polite, friendly and well presented, completing the requested work in an efficient, tidy and timely manner.

The invoice for work completed was as-quoted, reasonable, clear and easy to understand (including accompanying photos showing work done - a great inclusion). I was also provided with an appropriate certificate of electrical safety.

Although this was my first time dealing with O’Brien Electrical & Air Conditioning, they’ll definitely be my go-to for all future requirements.
