  5 stars for pretty she’s a true gain for this clinic and company as I’ve been to many of your clinics and I can say that she’s one of the most professional and efficient therapists that I’ve come across she’s the reason I continue to come to your clinic and she’s amazing at what she does and gives beneficial advice

  I had a terrible experience with LCA in Craigieburn. When I went to the clinic to check about my purchased treatments, I was told three of them had expired. No notification was sent to me. I spoke with the owner/manager (Monique). She is rude and horrible. It was the worst and rudest customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

  5 stars for Di! She is absolutely amazing at skin. Been seeing her for ages for micro and chemical peels. Takes her time, explains pre and post skin care, very lovely and warm personality - the only reason I come back again & again is because my skin loves Di - she is excellent at her job, a true asset to the clinic. I do get laser here too, but it can be hit and miss as the laser therapist turnover is huge. I seldom have the same therapist. 🤷🏻‍♀️
