  Gave the repair shop a call as my laptop had a failing cooling fan. But at 3 years + old and the net cost of the fan, and the point made that the model is not updatable to Win 11, I decided not to proceed. Helpful and honest to have received information to make an informed decision. Thanks!

  Bought a 12mth old Carbon X1 from Grays with warranty. Battery problems shortly after. Warranty useless. Found Laptop Repair, very reasonable price and very accommodating. Paid for part and waited for it to arrive. Then arranged for on the sport installation. Total downtime about 20min!!! So good guys.
  Will be my first call with any laptop issue in the future.

  Sent and recieved my laptop through Post. Delivery and return 4/5.
  Tip: Make sure you bubble wrap your device and wrap a layer of fragile tape around the box.

  Extremely happy it was a 20 min contactless repair while I waited in my car. Very professional and it was also the most competitive price I was quoted. Definitely would recommend.
