  Honesty, transparency and genuine care. My experience with La Vida has been exceptional, with clear and prompt communication, and far exceeding my expectations in terms of time frame for work being completed, and to the highest quality. The big boy builders promise the earth, La Vida is the quiet achiever, providing the highest quality for what is an exceptionally reasonable price. So far, I cannot fault them and would highly recommend La Vida Homes for your forever home.

  My experience building with La vida was absolutely wonderful! I loved dealing with Juenelle and your teams involved in building our house (plus everyone else who was involved along the way made it all so easy). We were lucky enough to meet and speak to almost everyone building our home and found them all to be friendly, efficient.

  Something special is brewing, can you feel it? I've seen La Vida Homes grow from strength to strength and feel such a sense of pride working alongside their team to bring their brand of 'real talk' transparency to the building industry. Warts and all.
  
  There is a real vibe of welcoming energy and good intentions floating around the office. I mean let's be serious, they have made it a point to have dogs around, so does anything more need to be said for how they want their people to feel in order to bring the best experience to you?
  
  Maybe. :) So let me say this, I have trust that they genuinely believe in what they are doing, their clients are stoked, they are ready for the challenge and you can rest assured they want you to experience building your house in a way that lives up to the huge milestone it truly is in your life.

  We decided to build our new home with La Vida Homes in March 2021, being our first time, everything involved is pretty overwhelming but thanks to them, with the ease of communication and exceptional customer service, the whole process has been an absolute breeze. I couldn't be happier! Thank you La Vida Homes, can't wait to move in! ❤

  From a first impression La Vida Homes aren’t afraid to do things differently and break down the boundaries most big builders have with their clients. They genuinely value the client experience and will go above and beyond to meet deadlines, keep the experience personal and fun. They recognize that everyone is different and the experience of building a house is different for every person. Highly recommend this builder 👌
