I would like to thank all the staff at LJHOOKERS who I deal with Jo, Jenni, Ramona they are wonderful. I have rented the same property now for 10 years and the owners are just as fabulous, repairs are done quickly and without fuss. We have a great relationship with both parties and have always been able to feel like this is our home. We look after their home as if it was our own and all are respectful of each other. Thankyou for being a great team and for always treating us with respect. The Jenkinson Family of 7.

I listed with Renee Sauvage, I'd tried to sell the house 2 times before with other agents. She sold it within 4 weeks. That pretty much says it all! This woman does what she says she is going to do, and is extremely helpful along the way. Lorelea, her right hand person is brilliant at detail and great at communications too. Thanks LJH team.

I would like to thank you LJ Hooker team for wonderful services. If it comes to rental properties you cannot even imagine better agents than LJ Hooker from Mandurah. As a company they are very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. They really look after property and protect owners assets yet they manage with tact and professionalism tenants - one of the hardest job: to be a person in the middle!
Perfection and nothing else!
I do not understand what went wrong in Marina Bakanach case but I can personally vouch..that LJ Hooker in Madurah are one of the nicest and professional guys in real estate I have ever met!
From the first moment you enter to LJ Hooker and you are greet with lovely Cassandra's smile ( lady who works so hard at the front desk) you feel welcomed. And omg property management especially Trudy who works so hard yet find strength to smile and listen to you. I have to also mention Ramona - the lady who is the TOP professional real estate manager - one in the million!
Every one is exceptional! To be honest I don't know how they manage to do so as stress in this industry is really high! The smile that greet you and honest expressions OF REAL concern on faces when you discuss issues and response time .OUTSTANDING!
And if you have property to manage - you will be in safe hands! It is huge responsibility to look after the most expensive asset - your house! I wouldn't trust any one else! And yes I have been with LJ Hooker now for few years so it is not one time event that give me base to this review.
(To Maria who wrote bad review based on one incident - It is not one thing that happen that should allow you to make business decision to hire agent for your asset - it is what they do day by day, year after year! )
You need your property to be look after, to make sure tenants are selected and rent paid on time etc To know the law, to make sure everything goes smooth without problems.
I WOULD base my decision to hire property managers - on what I saw for last at least 4 years.HARD WORK AND TRUE PROFESSIONALISM!I can say LJ HOOKER MANDURAH - has great team! I wouldn't like any other agent even if they are my friends! I do have few friends in real estate but I would base my decision to hire management for my asset that gives me security ..and I can trust they know what they do! And yes I would say LJ Hooker in Mandurah I would trust! Seriously!

Hi All,
We are Happy Homeowners Andrew & Jennifer Lancaster :)
We brought the home of our dreams in August 2013, a beautiful fully fenced 4 X 2 Home with a glass fenced pool and to my husbands delight a huge double shed. Our Sales Consultant was Pauline Bill and our Settlement was looked after by Lindsay Warnsbrough. Pauline and Lindsay kept me fully informed through reassuring phone calls when I was a mess ( our bank was giving us the run around ). The settlement website kept us up to date with every step of the completed paper work and on settlement day Pauline, Lindsay & the team went over and above for us so we could relocate into the new house at noon on the same day as Andrew is a FIFO worker. The follow up visit from Pauline was wonderful (a present of 2 bottles of Margaret River wine was a lovely surprise). I recommend LJ Hooker Mandurah to all my friends and will not hesitate to use them again when we look for investment properties in a couple of years.

My husband and I have purchased two properties with the expertise of Jenny Glasson and always found her both professional and knowledgeable in the area. She is friendly and helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. When it comes time to finally move into our new home we will be calling Jenny to sell our existing home for sure!

I recently sold a property of mine in Dudley Park with the help of Jenny Glasson from LJ Hooker Mandurah.
Throughout the entire process we found Jenny to be very friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her research in the appraisal process was very thorough and accurate.
Once we decided to have Jenny as our agent she worked hard to achieve the result we wanted, a quick sale at the right price. Success!!! We sold in less than a week and for a little more than expected too!!!
