Solo Ladies- this place is highly recommended by a solo lady setting up space. I got a bed (budget metal bed in double), delivery, set up and removal of old bed for total $310. Cheaper if you install it yourself which you can with this bed. Better than all that is the service. The Lady on the phone explained exactly what I could do myself, and was extremely understanding about all of it including my last minute call that I need help to install/remove old bed, which I couldn't sell in time. The man installing was also really nice and reliable.
These are people who actually care about what they do and want people to be happy.
Overall great experience. ❤️

I never do reviews but it's been a nightmare furniture shopping alone - people tell you you can do things that require an entire drill set for (that I have ZERO interest in getting). Then they say you can't do things that are totally basic. This crew was honest, told me what not to waste my money on, and accommodated last minute requests. Also just a nice change to deal with authentic peoplewho know the meaning of customer service. Girls, get your bed here. 🥂💕

Says 4 hour metro delivery advertised all over the website, however when I get to the check out there is no 4 hours delivery option and I only live 20 minutes from the city. Rang koala they said they were busy, but still promoting the 4 hour delivery all over the website. Only gave me options for the rest of the week for during work hours, pretty disappointing and super deceiving ads. Won’t be purchasing my mattress from koala anymore.

Koala you should not be advertising a 4 hour delivery if you can not do it.

Sadly disappointed, a waste of money.

I have had a Koala King Mattress for 3 months and noticed a deep hollow forming where I sleep. It is also a hot mattress to sleep on and even though it is winter I sweat as the foam does not breathe very well.

To be fair my partner does not find it to hot but she now has an indentation forming on her side.

Unfortunately I bought the mattress brand new but from an private seller so Koala refuses to cover under warranty.

I dont understand how Koala gets so many good reviews and I would not advise anyone to buy one.

Super impressed with everything about Koala. They delivered within about 2 hours of order, super helpful delivery team, excellent quality mattress and a free little koala toy that my son loves. Couldn't recommend more highly.
