Dropped my car off on Friday with problems left it with them till Monday afternoon, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Turns out they did nothing with it, it just sat in their car park because I picked it up, got down the road and it died again, turns out the distributor is screwed. Thanks for the giant waste of my time.

Shouldn't rely on staff.
I myself didn't check the simple puncture made by screw as I was away at the time of flat tyre. At the time, my friend changed the tyre for my wife.
They didn't fix the tyre and they proposed to change the tyre.
When I talked to my taxi driver friend, he surprised and told me that the puncture was minor and they should definitely be able to fix it.
I can just imagine they wanted to sell one, instead.

For a simple puncture, had to return when job was not done a day later, charged a lot for essentially a 10min job. Disappointed. Did appreciate the apology by staff.

I got my wheel alignment done here for 4x brand new tyres in 2014.
The front tyres started wearing out unevenly after 6 months The rear tyres were fine.
They did a half job = 2 stars

Great service and extremely helpful post service advice! Joe (manager) was more than happy to perform some diagnostic work on our car even two weeks after they had performed a 100k service on our Nissan Navara - no mistaking their commitment to the Kmart Tyre and Auto customer satisfaction gaurantee.

I could not recommend Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Rockingham more highly. I will definitely be taking my vehicle/s here for any future servicing/maintenance.
