  The layout is odd with the self checkouts right at the door, which is small and messy. This Kmart in particular seems to be out of stock a lot, and the stock on the shelves is defective or missing parts. I inspected 4 rubbish bins that had cracked plastic or broken pedals and gave up.

  Bought a Telstra mobile broadband prepaid SIM. Took three hours of my work day troubleshooting with Telstra to discover I'd been sold an out of date simcard. Kmart needs to learn to stocktake.

  Very well stocked and neat but the staff at the checkout looked on the brink of exhaustion. They clearly weren't prepared to give anyone their time of day and when we needed them to authorise and scan a heavy item at the self-checkout they seemed quite bothered by our presence.

  Called a few times before someone picked up the phone. A "Betty" told me they sold out of raincoats, didnt beleive her as it took but 2 seconds to check. Went into store and what do you know, raincoats for everyone.

  Great fan Kmart and this particular one in FC, especially since it was refurbished.
  Cheaper than Big W and has lots of useful things for around the home.
  Only issue is the stupid 2hr free parking limit. Surely they could make it longer for people who buy lots of things from that little shopping mall.
