  We had our windows replaced. We have a heritage overlay, so the original look needed to stay. Adrian worked with me and the window manufacturers to ensure the look was achieved. Then, at installation time, Adrian and his team were on time and on cost. I will use them again.

  I do not write this review lightly, because he had seemed nice to my family, at the first. However, Adrian has failed to resolve the serious structural issue he had promised to fix, (and that for a premium fee) and refused to respond to my repeated correspondences requesting his help.
  
  There was a certain structural issue with our home. Adrian seemed like a nice man. So we asked him to make sure the issue would be taken care of. He quoted us a fee of $1,485. We are not rich, but we needed the repairs to be done. So, we agreed. We were led to believe the job would require him and a few guys, some ‘threaded rod’ metal bars, and take the whole day. On the day of his arrival, he came by himself, he only used some short planks of timber, and he took just 2 hours…Well, we had originally agreed to $1,485, so we honoured our side of the agreement and thought: “Well, at least the issue is fixed now.” However, a few months later, the issue arose again. I contacted Adrian on multiple occasions. I wrote to him politely and professionally to ask him for his help. However, Adrian has refused to respond to me.
  
  I remember when I did a pre-apprenticeship in carpentry, the co-head of our trade school told us he never earned more than $70 an hour as a carpenter and builder in his 30+ year career.…so, what is going on here? Who earns more than $700 an hour, and that for a job that unravels in a few months?
  
  Adrian has failed to resolve a serious structural issue which he had promised to fix. He seemed like a nice man to my family, which is why I wrote to him privately multiple times and waited long for his response. But he has refused to respond to me. We are not rich. My family sweated for every dollar of that $1,485. Now, we are left out of pocket, and with a serious structural issue to our home to contend with.

  Adrian, on the day my mother asked you whether you could check everything up in the roof and you agreed. Again, at the end, my mother asked whether everything was now okay up in the roof, and you assured my mother that it was.

  You really don't need to look any further if you're looking for a quality carpenter I had spoken to a few before moving forward with Kingsford. The work that Adrian and Sfen undertook exceeded our expectations, and they even added some additional touches that have added practicality and comfort. Adrian goes over and beyond for his customers! I would use him again in the future should we require carpentry services.

  Kingsford Carpentry Services completed an extension to our rental property in Melbourne. We live out of Melbourne so relied on them to co-ordinate the complete extension. The result was outstanding and we can’t thank the boys enough. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Adrian did our bathroom and laundry renovation and we are really happy with it. He is great with communication and was one of the few people who actually got back to us with a quote. Kingsford's work was great, they were flexible and really made sure that we were getting exactly what we were after. They were happy to make changes along the way and were good at giving us advice where needed. We felt comfortable with having the Kingsford team in our house and they were respectful, friendly and easy to have around. The job took a bit longer than expected but overall we are happy and would highly recommend Kingsford.
